Data Deletion
Use this page to request deletion of specific Bahraini Budget Manager data without necessarily deleting your whole account.
Delete Data in the App
BBM includes settings for clearing financial entries and managing imported or backed up data where available. Open Settings in the app to manage your account, security, backup, import, and data options.
Request Data Deletion by Email
To request deletion of app data, email info@bbm-app.com.
Please include the email address or phone number linked to your BBM account and describe the data you want deleted, such as budget entries, imported records, backup records, or profile data.
Verification
We may need to verify that you own the account before deleting data. This protects your account and prevents unauthorized deletion requests.
Processing Time
Email requests are usually reviewed within 30 days after account ownership is verified. Some records may remain for a limited period where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, troubleshooting, or backup recovery.
