Seller and Service

Bahraini Budget Manager (BBM) is operated by Pearlverie Studios, a Bahrain-registered software business. References to “BBM,” “we,” or “us” in these terms mean Pearlverie Studios as the provider of the BBM service.

Use of BBM

BBM is provided to help users organize personal budgeting, savings, and investment planning information. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for deciding how to use any calculations or summaries shown in the app.

No Financial Advice

BBM is a budgeting and organization tool. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice. Any planning outputs are informational only.

Until Payday is an estimate based on balances, income dates, commitments, reserves, and scenarios that you manually enter and confirm. BBM does not connect to or verify those values with your bank. Missing, stale, duplicated, or inaccurate inputs can make the estimate inaccurate. The estimate is not a promise that funds will be available, a guarantee against an overdraft or shortfall, or a recommendation to make a purchase.

Accounts and Security

You must keep your account access secure. Do not share passwords, OTP codes, or access to your verified email or phone number. BBM staff will never ask you to send your password or OTP.

Data and Sync

Some app features store or sync data using Firebase services. Your use of BBM is also governed by our Privacy Policy, including the sections on encryption, password privacy, biometric login, data retention, and deletion.

Free Features and BBM Plus

Core budgeting, the existing CSV/Excel import, basic CSV export, privacy controls, and account deletion remain available without BBM Plus. The current BBM Plus offer adds duplicate-aware import with undo, advanced 12-month reports with CSV, and recurring insights. The plan and checkout screen shown before purchase controls if there is any difference between this summary and the offer available to you.

Until Payday's free features include a local estimate from the current date through the next expected income, one unsaved purchase what-if, and the ability for a signed-in user to save, reopen, or delete one input draft on the device. With an active BBM Plus entitlement, Until Payday can also calculate a confirmed recurring forecast of up to 90 days, compare one purchase and one occurrence of a delayed expected income, and save up to three scenario inputs on the device. Forecast results are temporary and are not saved. Saved input data can still be read or deleted after Plus access ends, but running or recalculating a Plus forecast requires active Plus access.

Purchases and Renewals

Apple App Store and Google Play purchases are processed by the relevant store. The store checkout displays the price, currency, billing period, renewal terms, and available account controls before purchase. Pearlverie Studios does not receive or store your full store payment-card details.

As of the date of these terms, BBM web checkout remains unavailable while merchant approval and production setup are pending. If web checkout is later enabled, BBM will identify the payment processor and show the exact plan price, currency, billing period, and whether the plan is prepaid, manually renewed, or automatically renewed before you confirm payment. No web auto-renewal is promised unless it is expressly shown at checkout.

Cancellation and Access

Apple and Google subscriptions must be managed or canceled through the store account that made the purchase. If BBM later enables an automatically renewing web plan, cancellation through the BBM account controls will stop future renewals; Plus access will continue until the end of the already-paid term unless applicable law or a provider-required remedy requires otherwise. Deleting the BBM account does not by itself cancel an Apple or Google subscription.

Refunds

Apple and Google process refund requests for purchases made through their stores under their policies and applicable law. For a future web purchase, you may contact info@bbm-app.com with the subject “BBM Plus refund request.” Web refund requests will be reviewed under the disclosed plan terms, the payment provider's rules, and applicable law. These terms do not promise an automatic or unconditional refund.

Availability

We aim to keep BBM available and reliable, but the app may change, be interrupted, or require maintenance. Features may be added, changed, or removed as the product improves.
